A crew member was exposed to some biological/nuclear waste after witnessing a tussle between an unidentified saboteur and suspicious members of the Military safety crew, and is now nearing death.   
 
Keeping her quarantined to prevent everyone else present from being contaminated by the susbstance, all hell breaks loose as the set becomes flooded and several people drown, unable to escape.   
 
Using the suit she wore for filming her action scenes underwater, Rachel Ahmed is able to help a few people, but the search is now on for those responsible for the deaths of the gathered crews.
